This region is so far undiscovered by mass tourism, offers something for everyone. The area is renowned for its superb fishing on and off shore. Fish off your own private dock, or with your own boat, why not visit the nearby islands of Sanibel and Captiva. Drop anchor and go ashore to collect the many varied shells, or dock for lunch at the waterside restaurants. The coastline and islands boast beautiful white sandy beaches.

The garden is landscaped and the pool overlooks the waterway and boat dock. The pool is private and also has a hot tub. Both are heated by solar but for an additional charge can be electrically heated.

Ding Darling nature reserve is over on Captiva and of course not forgetting the Everglades about 35 minutes away. Also there is Babcock park, where you explore in swamp buggies. For those of you who love the water parks, Sun Splash is 10 minutes away in Cape Coral.
