Our villa is four years old and occupies a corner plot on Lake Berkley, which benefits from 24 hour manned security gates. The resort is located approx 2/3 minutes from the Irlo Bronson Highway (192) being close to Medieval Times, a 24 hour Wal Mart, major shopping malls, designer outlets and restaurants. This 4 bedroomed (sleeps 8), 2 bath villa is extremely well maintained and has new lounge and pool furniture. The villa also benefits from full air conditioning and has warm air heating if required. The Lake Berkley resort has excellent on-site facilities with a club house that can be used by visitors, tennis courts, sand volley ball court, communal pool, exercise room, a man made beach by the lake and fishing from the dockside. After a hard day at the park or shopping relax by the pool and lap up the last rays of the sun.

Changeover day
Rental periods can be flexible, ie mid-week to mid-week. However, rental period crossing into higher season will attract the higher season prices.

All bed linen and towels are included in the price. Cleaning is undertaken before and after each stay. A midstay clean can be arranged with the owners if required. |
Notes on accommodation
The following are also provided:- vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. There are blinds on all windows and patio doors. Patio doors are also alarmed for child safety and have security bars. The telephone is credit card activated. There are fitted carpets to all bedrooms and the main living areas, smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher in the utility room. No smoking within the Villa and no pets please.

Outside
The property is south facing so the pool and patio area has the benefit of the sun all day. The private pool and patio area is fully covered by a lanai. The pool is approx 26ft x 12ft and is approx 5ft deep at the deepest point. The pool can be heated if required (additional charge applies). There are 4 pool loungers and a table and 4 pool chairs. There is a BBQ if required.

Easily accessible from both Orlando and Sanford airports, Orlando approx 30 minutes and Sanford approx 1 hour.
