Our superb villa (built June 2004), has everything needed for a relaxing holiday. It is within 20 mins of all major attractions including Sea World, Universal Studios, Epcot, Disney World and many more. Lots of useful information is in the villa for your convenience. Prices above are based on 2003 prices, which we will hold until the end of 2007. We can offer a third week at half the weekly rental cost. Prices are per villa, per week and not per person.
Changeover day
We are very happy to accept bookings with arrivals and departures on any day. Checking in time is from 4pm and Checking out is 11am.

Notes on accommodation
Disney Villa is Air-conditioned throughout and in addition has ceiling fans in Master Bedroom 1, Lounge and Covered Lanai (Patio). Smoke Alarms in all rooms. Parking for up to 4 Cars. Safety fencing around the Pool. Character transfers on patio doors leading to Pool area and audible alarms on all doors and windows for added child safety.

Outside
Large 28ft x 14ft private screened south facing Pool which gives you the sun all day. This can be heated if required at an extra cost (generally not needed if temperatures are 75 degrees plus). Also can be illuminated for night time swimming. Extended Deck for sun bathing. All pool furniture supplied.
Coast/Beach
The soft white sandy beaches of the Atlantic and Gulf coasts are only around 1 1/2 hours drive away. Attractions like Kennedy Space Centre can be combined with a trip to the seaside and a meal at a beachside restaurant watching the sun go down.
Golf
There are several Golf courses in the area, including public and private courses. The nearest golf courses are within 10 mins drive. Details can be found in the villa.
Skiing
You can hire water ski and jet ski equipment to use on nearby lakes. Details in the villa. Also, information on where to find the best air boat rides and where the best fishing can be found.
Travel
The nearest airport to Disney Villa is Orlando International and is an easy 35 minutes drive. We are happy to provide detailed driving instructions to/from airports, attractions, shopping etc. Car hire is essential.
Tampa airport is 1 1/2 hours drive. Miami airport is 5 hours drive.
Distances
Disney Villa is only 15 mins drive to DisneyWorld and around 20 minutes drive to other main attractions. Orlando city centre is approximately 30 mins drive.
Further details
The nearest large supermarket is Publix which is 5 mins drive. The Super Walmart store that sells just about everything is 10 mins drive. Banks and Post Office are 5 mins drive. Restaurants (some that deliver to you) are 5 mins drive. Full information is in the villa.
Booking notes
We find that availability can change very quickly at Disney Villa. Should you want to make a booking, we would ask you for a deposit of £100.
