There is a large sun deck and large covered Lanai with patio furniture and sun loungers. Our Florida home is ideally positioned to provide a perfect location for a wonderful holiday experience. We are situated near Champions Gate and Reunion, so golfers will love it!

About the owner
We live and work in England - myself in retail and my wife, Christine, is a primary school teacher. We have 2 children - our son is at University and our daughter is still at school. The US is our favourite holiday destination and we especially love Florida - the all-year climate and the fact that there is so much to do and see here.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We have taken holidays in Florida since 1995 - initially visiting every 2 years, but since purchasing the villa, we try to get here at least twice each year.
In 2007, we decided to purchase our villa after viewing many potential other properties. We really liked the peace and quiet of Sunridge Woods as a neighbourhood - especially after a hectic day in the theme parks. It is the perfect place to relax as well as a convenient base to explore central Florida. We hope to be able to spend more time here in the future and we hope our children (and maybe grand-children !) will continue to enjoy it as we have.
Unique benefits of the property
The villa is situated in a quiet semi-residential neighbourhood - yet is very close to all the major attractions of central Florida. The extensive landscaping at the rear of the property means, unlike many other Florida villas, you have real privacy.
The pool is also a special feature - some people think it reminds them of a famous mouse - but we think the similarity is purely coincidental. At Christmas and Halloween, the neighbourhood really comes alive - it is an experience just to walk around and admire the lighting displays !
