A large covered area – Lanai with seating for 12 and built-in BBQ for dining al fresco. Inside the house you'll find elegant dining area, 2 lounge areas, a fully equipped kitchen. Our Villa is conveniently located just off hwy 192 (Westside) Nearby Berry Town Centre and Cagan’s crossing has a wealth of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cash points/ATM's, banks.

Good size pool deck with built in electric BBQ. Lights and ceiling fan along with patio table, chairs, sunbeds and stools to accommodate 12 guests. Private pool (28x14ft.) Pool heating available if requested at additional charge.
Pool & Spa: Our fantastic South west facing pool with private aspect is the ideal area to top up the tan or just to cool down in at the end of the day.
In the evening you can relax and dine outside whilst watching the sun set. Our large Lanai offers shade from the mid day sun and provides an ideal area to sit and enjoy cooking on the homes own BBQ.
The pool furniture offers upgraded padded chairs and sun beds for a real feel of luxury.
The pool garden furniture includes 2 dining tables, adjustable sun loungers, and chairs.
Coast/Beach
1.5 hours drive to coast to Cocoa Beach.
Golf
There are plenty of golf courses to suit every ability within a short drive including the superb Championsgate for the low handicapper designed by Greg Norman. Highland Reserve 5 mins drive. Orange County 15 mins Drive.

Disney theme parks close by. Universal Studios 30 mins drive.
Travel
Orlando International Airport is approx.30-40 minutes drive. Sanford International Airport is approx. 1 hour drive. Car Hire is essential.

5 minutes drive to nearest convenience store, bank & petrol station. 15 minutes drive to nearest theme park.
Further details: 5 minutes drive to 24 hour superstore. Numerous restaurants located on Highway 192 which is only 5 minutes drive away.
Booking notes
Deposit of £100 per week at time of booking with balance due 10 weeks before departure. £100 per week security deposit paid with balance that will be banked but refunded on return and confirmation from management company that there has been no damage to the property.
