Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week/per night in UK Pounds. The above weekly rates are per week inclusive of the Florida state taxes at 13% and Cleaning charge.
For stays of less than 1 week there is the nightly minimum rate, plus there is a cleaning surcharge of £45. 20% reduction in price on all weeks in excess of 2 week stays.
Changeover day
Changeovers days are flexible, although Saturdays are preferred.
Arrival time from 1500 hours.
Departure time by 1100 hours.

All doors from property to pool area alarmed for extra child safety.
All bedrooms and both lounges also have ceiling fans.
There is also an 8 foot slate pool table and a 6 foot air hockey table to help time pass on those relaxation days.

Daytona, Cocoa, Melbourne beaches(East coast) and St. Petersburg, Tampa and Clearwater Beaches (West coast) approximately 1 hour drive. Kennedy Space centre also approx 1 hours drive.

Golf Courses are available in the immediate area.
Travel
Orlando International Airport is about 25 minutes drive.
Orlando Sanford Airport is about 45/50 minutes drive.
Use of a car is essential.
Distances
Nearest part of 192 and amenities are a 3 minute drive away. Old Town with its classic car cruise is approximately a 10 minute drive away. The Disney town of Celebration is also only minutes away well worth a visit.

20% payable on booking.
An inventory deposit will be charged at £100, payable with balance 8 weeks before departure.
The inventory deposit is to cover any costs due to loss or damage (other than fair wear and tear).
The amount is fully refundable on housekeepers report.
