Oceanfront 2-level home in an unbeatable location! This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Two Bedrooms are situated on the 2nd floor, each with balconies that look out to the Pacific Ocean. You can count on a good nights rest, as the soft sounds of the waves lull you to sleep. The home comfortably sleeps 6, in addition an air mattress is available upon request to accommodate 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances (coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, blender, gas stove and dishwasher). There is dishware for 6 and many extras. For those who love to grill, the outside deck is equipped with a high quality Weber Barbeque. This home has a formal dining area and an outdoor bar with chairs if you’d like to take in the views while you dine. Cozy up in the living room and watch a movie on our 50 inch Plasma TV with DVD, Blue Ray, HD cable and the ultimate surround sound speakers. These amenities provide a great movie watching experience!

Notes on prices
Payment Terms We accept the following forms of payment, in order of preference: PayPal, Credit Card, and Wire Transfer. Unfortunately we cannot accept checks of any kind. 50% of Rental Fees are due upon Booking. The remaining 50% of Rental Fees + Cleaning Fee are due 30 days prior to Arrival. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the Arrival Date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit.
Holiday periods are charged at peak season rates.
