Consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, den that can be used as a 3rd bedroom, it overlooks the lake and golf course. An end unit on 2nd floor of a 3 story elevated building it is private and quiet. A pool and spa is 100 yards from your door. Casual and formal dining at the Clubhouse and golf is available. Golf fees vary depending on season. Enjoy those famous sunsets while sitting on your private lanai, overlooking the lake with lighted fountain. Walk to Super Target plaza with casual dining and other stores. 2 minutes away the new Sun-n-Fun Water Park for all ages. Miles of Gulf Coast Beaches, gourmet dining and outlet shopping just minutes away.

Notes on prices
Winter rates - $4,000 per month, $7,500 for 2 months, $10,500 for 3 months includes everything even the Golf Club Membership where you can play golf for half the price of the general public rate and participate in all the 'members only' events, tennis, bocce, bingo, dances, outings
Summer Special 2 weeks for the price of 1 - $1,200 2 week minimum
A $500 refundable damage deposit is required at time of booking.

Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | 1 King in Master Bedroom, 1 Queen in Guest Bedroom and sofa beds in both den and living room. All rooms have TVs. |
| Bathrooms: | Master bath has double sinks with double shower (en suite). Separate Guest Bathroom with tub and shower. |
| Kitchen: | Fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, disposal, freezer/refig w/filtered water and icemaker. Coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, toaster oven and electric grill. |
| Utility Room: | Full size washer and dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | Living room with sectional Queen Sofa and 50" HDTV. There is an answering machine on the telephone and unlimited local phone calls are included. We suggest purchasing a pre-paid phone call for long distance calls. |
| Other: | Dinette off kitchen seats 6. Lanai (patio/balcony) fully screened with sun shades. Seating for 6 overlooking the lake, with lit fountain at night and golf course. |

All linens are included. There are beach towels and 2 robes in each bedroom. Exit cleaning included, cleaning during stay available. |
Notes on accommodation
All our guests are so comfortable they hate to leave. From the lush robes to beach chairs and rolling cooler you will have everything you need. Watch the sunset from the lanai or relax watching HDTV, or a DVD from our vast collection, on the 50" TV in the living room. Bring your laptop - internet is available. We want everyone to enjoy Naples and our home as much as we do.

Accessibility
There is an elevator in the building and the condo is wheelchair accessible.
Outside
Pool and hot tub just steps from the condo. There is a gourmet restaurant and a casual restaurant at the clubhouse. There are specials nearly every night, people come from near and far for the all you can eat Carver's Buffet and don't miss the Sunday buffet brunch, it's delicious and a bargain. Golf is available, fees vary depending on season.
Coast/Beach
Naples is one of the best beaches in the US. There are miles of beautiful white Gulf Beaches, including Vanderbilt and Bonita, within a short drive.
Golf
The condo overlooks the 17th tee box of the Gordon Lewis Designed Championship Golf Course - Cypress Woods. There are many other golf courses all within a short drive.
Travel
Fort Myers International Airport is 25 minutes away.
Miami Airport is 2 hours away.
Tampa International Airport is 21/2 hours.
Orlando is 31/2 hours.
Car hire at all Airports.
Distances
2 mins to supermarkets, Super WalMart, Super Target and local eateries. 15 mins drive to Miramar Outlets for bargains galore. 15 mins to Old Naples, fine dining, theatre and points of interest. Just around the corner, a 2 min ride, is the new Sun-N-Fun water park, open Feb thru Nov, with fun for all ages.
