| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has king size bed, walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with large shower. There is a TV/DVD plus walk in wardrobe and has french windows that open directly on to the pool. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 x single beds. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom has WC, wash stand and large shower. There is an optional facility to allow wheelchair access to the en-suite shower. Bathroom 2 has WC, wash basin and bath/shower all with disabled access. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has a 4 ring oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Also has dishwasher and large fridge/freezer with ice and cold water dispenser. There is a two seater breakfast bar and four seater breakfast table in the kitchen area. |
| Utility Room: | There is a laundry area with washing machine and clothes dryer. There is also an iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | The spacious living room has two large, comfortable 3/4 seater sofas (one of which converts to a queen size bed). There is a TV with video and DVD player. Dining area with a dining suite sitting six. There is air-conditioning with roof fan. |
| Other: | The garage is converted to a games room with a pool / ping-pong table and electronic dartboard. There is a sofa and reclining chair to relax and chill out at the end of the day over a drink and a game. |

The house is cleaned and prepared for every new arrival. There is always fresh bedding and towels for all guests with ample extras if required. Bedlinen changing and house cleaning during stay can be arranged if requested. |

Accessibility
This home has been adapted previously specifically to allow disabled access. There are optional ramps to facilitate disabled access at the entrance door, the pool doorway and also to allow wheelchair access to the en-suite shower.
The 2nd bathroom has full disabled facilities.
Outside
There is a good sized, secluded pool with the option of heating, if required, available at a supplement. There is ample pool furniture, including table and chairs for alfresco breakfast or supper. There is also a large, all weather covered poolside area.
Coast/Beach
The Atlantic Coast, with Cocoa and Daytona Beaches plus Cape Canaveral is around 50 minutes drive east and the Gulf of Mexico, including Tampa and St. Petersburg, are only slightly further west. Or why not take the nearby Florida Turnpike south, only 3 hours drive to Miami!
Travel
Orlando international is around 25 minutes away and Sanford is about 50 minutes drive. Car hire is essential.
Further details
This secluded villa is only a few minutes walk or drive to the 192 Highway with all it's many restaurants, shops and attractions (Mini-Golf, Flea-Markets, Dinner shows, Helicopter rides, etc.), not forgetting Downtown Kissimmee, 5 minutes away, in the evening. Disneyworld is 10 minutes drive along the 192 and Sea World and Universal are around 20 minutes drive. Orlando, and International Avenue, is just 10 minutes away. The villa is stocked with brochures and maps for all the local amenities, restaurants and attractions, including lots of discount vouchers for you to take advantage of. There is also the convenience of having a great Wal-Mart store just 2 minutes away. Everything you would need under one roof! Note - if required, all the latest DVDs are available from the Wal-Mart vending machine, 2 minutes away, for just 60p per night!
Booking notes
There is a deposit of £150 payable at the time of confirming your booking. The balance is requested no later than 6 weeks before the start of the booking. Bookings taken less than 6 weeks prior to arrival are required to be paid in full at the time of booking. Discounts for longer periods may be negotiated. There is a £200 deposit which will be refunded within 14 days from the end of the booking, subject to no breakages or damage, over and above normal wear and tear.
