We stayed at the villa in June 2011 for one week. The villa is lovely and we had a very comfortable stay. The villa was extremely clean. We will book again next year in this villa for 3 weeks, one week is not enough, so much to do and see. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I live in England with my husband Andrew. We have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren and a pet springer spaniel. We love to travel and know what best pleases people, comfort and style are the key to a good holiday. Freedom not to worry and have the stress taken on by others to ensure guests receive first class service. Problems put right straight away in a clear and concise manner.

Why the owner chose a house / villa (old name) in this location
We both love the Orlando area and the people that live there. It is a great place with a lot of nearby facilities, such as, bars, restaurants, theme parks etc. The villa is close to shops, with Walmart being a 2 minute drive. Indian point has a tennis court, communal swimming pool and play ground. It is a clean community that is kept clean and tidy and well maintained by a hard working committee.
Unique benefits of the property
The property is just 10 minutes drive from Disney. The property has its own private pool but it also has community facilities such as a children's play area, resort pool, tennis courts, lake etc.
