| Bedrooms: | Bedroom one has a King size bed and en suite bathroom, cable tv, and view of the swimming pool. Bedroom two has a queen size bed. Bedroom three is Disney themed with twin beds. There is also a crib. |
| Bathrooms: | En suite bathroom has large walkin shower with glass doors, toilet and wash hand basin with vanity unit. A hairdryer is supplied. Bathroom two has a bath/shower with glass sliding doors, toilet & vanity unit. A hairdryer, tongs & straighteners supplied. |
| Kitchen: | Cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, electric tin opener, blender, dishwasher, all cutlery and crockery supplied as well as saucepans etc, and a cot, high chair and stroller for the little ones. |
| Utility Room: | Washer and dryer with ironing board and iron. There is a clothes line to dry the clothes if you wish in the large garage. There is a BBQ for your use situated in the garage. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge, with a large corner seating which converts into a Queen size bed, coffee tables, lamps, cable TV, DVD player and over 40 films, CD player with over 10 music CDs for your leisure. |

Towels and linen are supplied. A clean change of bedding and towels will be available for you. |

The door to the pool area is fitted with an alarm so that the children cannot sneak to the pool, so it is perfectly safe for the whole family.

The pool is approx 30'x15', the pool furniture is supplied, table and chairs with and two loungers.
There are several Pool toy's for all family to use.
The pool is solar heated but if you need additional pool heating it can be arranged.
Coast/Beach
Our villa is about 50 mins away from Coco beach.
Golf
Golf courses are all around Kissimmee area. Also Mini golf close by.
The nearest golf couse is about 2-3 miles away.
Travel
Orlando International is the nearest Airport being half an hours drive away. Sanford is about an hours drive.
Distances
Just a short walk to the busy 192 with its shops, restaurants, bars, banks etc. Disney world is 7 minute drive away. Medieval Times is just 2 minutes away.
Further details
The '192' has about everything you could need, supermarkets, shops, markets, restaurants, bars, attracions, helicopter rides, Wal-mart for groceries etc, Medieval Times and many more.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100/$177 per week will secure. The balance is then due 8 weeks before the holiday. There is a security deposit of £150/$266 which is returnable.
