This newly refurbished, detached, 3-bedroom villa is situated in the quiet residential community of Westridge. For June 2011 all furniture, linens and entertainment electricals have been replaced making this one of the most up-to-date villas you'll find. Close to highway 27 and I4, Disney World is just a 15 minute drive away. The property is fully air conditioned and offers 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and spacious lounge/dining area. After a tiring day at the parks you can cool off in the fully screened private swimming pool, or just relax in the shade of the covered poolside area (lanai). Within a few minutes’ drive you will find a supermarket, petrol station, bank and several restaurants/take-aways. Guests are also welcome to use the community facilities which include a swimming pool, tennis courts and children’s play area. For golfers, there are several excellent courses, such as Champions Gate and Highlands Reserve, within easy reach.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Pool heating is available between October - April at an additional cost. A discount is applicable for stays over three weeks or very last minute bookings, please contact us for details.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. The villa is available after 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
The property is air-conditioned throughout (the system also provides heating for the cooler months). Our management company can be contacted 24/7 if you need any assistance during your stay. The property is completely non-smoking. Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Outside
Patio doors from both the living and dining room open out onto the private swimming pool, which measures 28ft x 14ft. There is also a large covered patio area (lanai) with 2 tables, 8 chairs plus 2 sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
The villa is approximately 1 ½ hours drive from both the Gulf Coast (Clearwater) and the Atlantic Coast (Daytona and Cocoa Beach).
Golf
Golfers will be spoilt for choice as there are many excellent courses within easy reach, including Highlands Reserve which is just a 5 minute drive away and the superb Champions Gate is just 15 minutes away.
Travel
Orlando International airport is just a 40 minute drive from the villa. Sanford airport is 1 hour drive from the villa. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Disney area approx 15 mins drive. Seaworld / Aquatica approx 30 mins drive. Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure approx 35 mins drive. Orlando Premium Outlets and Florida Mall approx 30 mins drive. Within a 5 minute drive you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, Bank / ATM, Petrol station and a selection of restaurants and take-aways. There is also a 24 hour Walmart just 10 minutes drive away.
Booking notes
Please contact us for a booking form. A deposit of £125 per week is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £150 is required with the balance and will be returned in full after your stay on receipt of a satisfactory report from our Management Company.
