Villa Sunrise Dream is our luxury lakeside home with 2 master suites, private pool, hot tub and games room on the much sought after gated community of Sunset Lakes, only 4 miles (less than 10 mins) from Disney. Our unusually spacious home (over 2600sqft) is lovingly maintained tastefully appointed to the highest standards. Sunset Lakes is a peaceful community but also located close to many restaurants and supermarkets and attractions. There is also a community swimming pool and kiddies playground.

With 2 master suites and 2600 sq.ft. of living space our home is ideal for single or family groups alike. We have provided Hot Tub, 4 Cable TVs, DVDs, VCRs, Playstation 2 and computer. A games room with pool table, football, air hockey and table tennis has been provided for your enjoyment. If you would like to bring your laptop we have wireless internet connection. We also offer complimentary phone calls.

Accessibility
Our home has wide corridors and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. The ground floor Master Suite has a large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower(there is a step over into the shower).
Outside
Our large private pool has a separate shallow area with fountain for non-swimmers and small kiddies, while the main pool is oversized with steps gently leading to the shallow end so that swimmers can really have a proper swim or just enjoy cooling off. There is a spacious deck with a plentiful supply of sun loungers and chairs. The covered lanai(for some welcome shade from the wonderful Florida sunshine) has a cooling fan and large dining table and chairs - perfect for al fresco dining as the sun sets over the lake - a Gas BBQ/Grill is provided. Our separate Hot Tub is the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate after a busy day.
Coast/Beach
Cocoa Beach and The Atlantic Coast are 1 hour drive.
The Gulf Coast beaches such as Clearwater and St Petersburg are 1.5-2 hours away.
Golf
There are many superb golf courses close by.
Travel
Orlando Airport is 40 minutes drive away. Sanford Airport is 1 hour away. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and MGM Studios 4 miles away. Seaworld, Universal Studios, International Drive 20 minutes away. Busch Gardens in Tampa 50 minutes away. Kennedy Space Center 1 hour away. Port Canaveral 1 hour away (for short cruises).
Further details
TGI Fridays, Outback Steak House, Carrabas, and Giordinos restaurants are 5 minutes away, and the numerous restaurants and bars on the US192 are within 5 minutes.
Large superstores such as Walmart and Publix are 5 minutes drive away. Florida shopping malls/outlets are 15 minutes away.

A 25% deposit is required with completed booking form.
10 weeks prior to rental period balance is due along with a security deposit.
