The property is based in the Davenport area of Orlando, just of Highway 27, its is 6 miles from Disney going back along Highway 192. The property is in its own gated community just opposite Highlands Reserve Golf Club (the 4th Tee is visible from the master bedroom). There is a newly opened shopping complex just by Regal Palms called Berry Town Centre which includes a Publix Supermarket, Post office and various food outlets.
