This unique waterfront property is situated on the undiscovered gem that is Anna Maria Island. It has its own secure heated private pool and garden area with heated spa pool, and has its own boat dock. The beautiful white beaches of the Gulf Coast are 5 mins easy and quiet walk away. The house is newly decorated and furnished with all equipment and has 3 verandahs for eating, reading and watching the sunset.

Change overday is Saturday but we can be flexible, depending on availability.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The property is cleaned and the linen changed once a week. Cleaning during the hire period is the responsibility of the renter. However, if you wish, cleaning services during your stay can be arranged, payable locally. |

Outside
Separate pool and lawned area fenced from the rest of the garden offering safe and secluded environment for young children. Large patio area with chairs, table, sunloungers and sun umbrellas. Pool has separate heated spa tub. Steps leading up to verandah with dining area and barbecue. Further landscaped garden areas including boat dock and slipway on to intercoastal waterway.
Coast/Beach
5 mins level and quiet walk to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico which seem to stretch out for ever North and South.
Golf
Nearest course approx 15 mins away. Half an hours drive to Sarasota which is home to the oldest course in the USA. Large number of golf courses within the local area.
Travel
Tampa is the nearest intl. airport approx 45 mins drive, and Orlando is approx 1.5 hours away.
Distances
Bradenton Beach is about 1 mile away with shops, bars and restaurants. Longboat Key is about 15 mins drive and Lido Key is further 15 minutes with a wide range of bars and restaurants. Sarasota is similarly half an hour away with a wide range of restaurants, bars, theatres and galleries.
Further details
Anna Maria island is one of the great undiscovered holiday destinations. It is very friendly and quiet and as yet very underdeveloped. The beaches are superb and there are plenty of other activities such as boating, fishing, jet ski and golf. Restaurants are excellent and generally very good fun and relaxed: there are a number of great places right on the beach, allowing you to eat dinner whilst watching the spectacular sunsets over the Gulf. This island provides the perfect antidote to the hectic commerciality of Orlando and the theme parks and would be ideal for a two destination holiday.
