We are flexible about changeover days, if you wish to rent for less than a full week, please enquire.

Notes on accommodation
For the comfort of all our guests we ask that if you wish to smoke you use the pool area outside. For bookings during winter months heating is available, pool heating is also available in winter at extra cost.
Outside
The estate also has a well maintained communal pool with sunbeds for residents use only. Key to pool area will be in your villa.
Coast/Beach
Approx 50 miles (1 hour driving) to Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach with its clean white sand, approx 70 miles to Daytona Beach - where you can drive on the beach!
Approx 70 miles the opposite way is the Gulf Coast and Clearwater with its fine white sand.
Travel
Orlando International Airport - an easy drive round the Greenway - approx 20 miles.
Sandford International Airport - the other side of the city of Orlando approx 45 miles along the Greenway.
Port Canaveral - approx 60 miles on the Atlantic side.
Car hire or the use of a vehicle recommended.
A 10 minute walk away is the "Linx" bus service to take you along the 192 or direct to Disney.

All major attractions are within easy reach of our villas.
Further details
US 192 (also called Irl Bronson Highway) is a short drive away, there are many restaurants to suit all tastes and prices along its length as well as Medieval Times and Arabian Nights (themed dinner shows). Major supermarkets (Wal-Mart, Target, Publix, Costco as well as many outlets are here. Old Town has "The Cruise" - Thursday night is bike night and Saturday night is time to see the old style American cars.
Boggy Creek Airboats - adventure into the original Florida scenery, and helicopter rides are all along the "192". Flea Market and another farmers/flea market at St Cloud (Fri -Sun).
Pick up vouchers in restaurants - you may be able to save money!
Several large retail complex's within easy driving distance to buy those bargains! Try "The Loop", Premium Outlets, Florida Mall.
For that special dinner somewhere different - try Gaylord Palms or the Marriott Grand Lakes.

We have been travelling to Florida for over 25 years and have a wide knowledge of all attractions and places of interest. We are long established having rented our properties for 10 years. We have three properties on the estate which is well maintained, pleasant and secure. All of our properties are within walking distance of each other.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Chatham Park is quiet, spacious, scenic and clean. We love the friendly people and location of the neighbourhood. It is far enough removed from the traffic, but close enough to all local attractions, shopping and airports.
