Accessibility
With 2 disabled children of our own, this house was built with that in mind. All doors are over the required width for wheelchairs. Breakfast bar lowered to wheelchair height. Bars in master, wheel under sink and huge wheel in shower. Ramps to all doors including pool and bathroom off pool. One bed is lowered and one has safety rails. Living area easy access for wheelchairs.
Outside
Private pool and spa backing on to conservation area. There is a dining table and chairs and loungers. Also a BBQ for use free of charge. Covered lanai and parasol for shade. Enclosed and perfect for family privacy.
Coast/Beach
Cocoa beach about 40 mins away.
Daytona beach about an hour.
Golf
Several golf courses within 10 minutes. Mini golf literally 2 mins away.
Travel
Orlando international airport about 30 mins away and the most commonly used.
Distances
The complex is on the 192, the same road as many famous restaurants and shops and just minutes from International Drive. The real attractions here of course are the Disney parks and the house is just 3 miles from the Disney area.

On the 192, as are many banks, shops, restaurants and pharmacies etc. As many as you could possibly want.
