Enjoy this beautiful three bedroom townhouse, tastefully decorated with en-suite bathrooms to all bedrooms. The house is privately owned. It is furnished to high standard and has all the conveniences you would expect in your own home. We do not believe in going on holiday to something less than we are used to! The house sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, and has a sofa bed in the living area.

Towels and linen are included. End of stay clean is included for stays of 4 days or more. Extra cleaning is charged at $90 per time. |
Notes on accommodation
Pool heating is $10 per day. There is a safety fence around the pool for small children. Broadband internet access is available at £5 per week for unlimited access.

Accessibility
Downstairs bed and bath suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
BBQ and pool furniture are included. The pool quite small but ideal for relaxing after a day out. The resort pool is 100m for those requiring more exercise.
Coast/Beach
The Florida coast is about one half hours drive away. Beautiful beaches, such as Daytona beach.
Golf
The Mystic dunes golf course is at the entrance to the resort (ten mins walk) and Orlando boasts approx 200 golf courses.
Travel
Car is recomended. But there is a shuttle bus available.
Orlando Airport is half hours drive. Sanford is one hour away.
Distances
Disney is a vast resort but Animal Kingdom is closest at 15 mins drive, with Epcot furthest away at half and hour. Universal Studios is approx half an hour away.
Further details
There is a small shop selling basics on the resort but supermarkets and restaurants are only a 10 min drive away.

I just got back from Atlanta. After staying at your townhouse in Florida, We stopped in Atlanta for a week.
We had a wonderful week in Florida, your townhouse is beautiful and very comfortable. As you know, there were 5 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of room with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
We could not ask for a better place to stay. It is only 10 minutes away to the parking lots at Disney and it was a very comfortable townhouse.

Just a note of thanks for the accommodation's during our stay in Florida. We had a wonderful time. It was so relaxing to have a home away from home. Vastly better then any motel/hotel room we have ever stayed in where you are constantly disturbed by other guest's coming and going at all hours of the night. The proximity to Disney, the local shops, and restaurants was fantastic. I would absolutely recommend this type of rental to family and friends alike.
