4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Florida villa with south facing pool for all day sunshine. We have discretely adapted the villa to be disabled friendly with no steps, a wheel-in shower complete with grab rails and shower wheelchair/commode and a hoist at the pool. Games room with seating and pool Table. With Disney being so close it is ideally located to go to the theme parks in the morning and return to the villa for lunch and a cooling dip in the pool before going back for the late afternoon and evening entertainment. There are several golf courses within a short distance, Mystic Dunes being just 2 miles away, and we have 2 sets of clubs for your use! The nearest restaurants and supermarkets are a couple of minutes away and include The Outback Steakhouse and The Red Lobster.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday but we will accommodate other days whenever possible.
Arrival time is 4pm, departure before 11am.

Notes on accommodation
Our Florida home is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans throughout for extra comfort. The swimming pool has a handrail at the steps of the shallow end and the doors leading to the pool have buzzers for children's safety. We have a 24 hour monitored alarm system, a safe, smoke alarms and emergency lights. It fully complies with Florida law.

Accessibility
Our villa is all on one level and has been adapted for wheelchair users. It has ramps to the external doors and the interior doors are all at least 33 inches wide. The second master bedroom has a wheel-in shower with enough room for a helper if required. It has been equipped with grab rails, adjustable shower head and shower seat. There are grab rails on either side of the toilet and the vanity unit has a knee-hole opening. There is also a shower/commode wheelchair at the villa.
Outside
The sundeck is provided with table, chairs and parasol and sun loungers. The private pool ranges from 3ft to 5ft in depth and there is an underwater light for night-time use. Pool heat is included in the price from October to May (inclusive)during the summer months it can be provided at extra cost. Pool toys and towels are provided. The whole area is fully screened to allow the sun in but keep the insects out. It is south facing for all day sun bathing in private. At the poolside there is an easy to use hydraulic hoist for disabled guests and also a large handrail.
Coast/Beach
Daytona and Cocoa beaches on the Atlantic coast are about 1 hours drive away and the Gulf coast beaches of St.Petersburg and Clearwater are about 1.5 hours drive away. Of course there are the themed beaches of Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach a few minutes drive away at Disney, or Wet'n'Wild. If you like to collect seashells then Sanibel Isle is the place to go!!!
Golf
There are 20 golf courses a short distance away. The nearest being Mystic Dunes at 2 miles. There you can play a full round or just practice on their driving range. We have 2 sets of golf clubs at our villa for your own use. We also keep an information pack about most of the courses in the Orlando area.
Travel
The villa is within a few minutes of Interstate 4 giving easy access to all routes and locations.

Car Hire is essential.
Distances
Along H192 Old Town is within 5 miles and the Friday/Saturday night classic car cruises are not to be missed. Fancy a real life rodeo, then just 10 miles away there is the genuine article, again on a Friday night. A visit to Disney's Celebration City (5 miles away) is also a must, as well as having first class shops and restaurants there is a cinema complex done in Art Deco and the whole town is pastel shades, porches and picket fencing.
Further details
Our villa at Rolling Hills is an ideal location with numerous shops, gift shops, pharmacies, top class restaurants as well as a bank less than 1 mile away. Several of the restaurants within 5 minutes have a delivery service, just order by phone (local calls free) and sit and relax or take a dip in the pool whilst somebody else does the work.
In addition to being very close to the Disney parks, it is also near Interstate 4 for the Universal theme parks, Seaworld, Wet'n'Wild, Gatorland and a bit further afield to Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre.
