The entire property is centrally air conditioned and has a heated swimming pool. There is a child safety net around the pool. The in-house phone allows unlimited local calls. We can provide a stroller and a baby cot on request (no extra charge). Broadband internet. The property has a security alarm.
Outside
There is a spacious patio surrounding the heated swimming pool. The pool is protected by a child safety fence. Patio set is included along with a charcoal fired barbeque. There is an integrated garage for 2 cars. The pool is south facing and is surrounded by foliage, providing privacy.
Coast/Beach
Daytona Beach is a little over an hour by car as is Tampa which is over an hour and a half from the villa.
Golf
A championship golf course is nearby, designed by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Watson - approx. 3 miles away.
Travel
Orlando international airport is within easy reach- about 35 mins by road.
Distances
All Orlando theme parks are well within easy reach as is International Drive, Disney Village, Designer Outlets and Shopping Malls. This property is about 6 miles from Disney World.
