Pool Area: The family room opens onto the deck and pool area with removable safety fence when required for added protection for infants.The pool area has padded chairs and loungers and tables. A barbecue is available for those alf resco meals. Pool heating is an optional extra at £70per week and is advisable from October to March.

Travel
Orlando International Airport is 40 minutes away and Sanford 60 minutes. Many people fly to Tampa International 75 minutes away. Car hire is essential.
There are shopping facilities 1 mile away at Berry Park where restaurant and food outlets are also present. Wal mart supermarket is 2 miles away on H 27.

Hello, we are a professional family and have taken pride in the one villa we have to rent. We holiday in the villa ourselves several times a year and always listen to feedback, as such we have just turned the garage into a games room, and also installed a nice big 50" TV.
