The villa is entirely air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the lounge.

Accessibility
The home is accessible for wheelchairs but there are NO handicapped facilities such as hand rails at wc's and showers.
Outside
The private screened pool has a large extended pool deck and is not overlooked for your privacy. Entrance to the pool deck is via 'kiddie-alarmed' patio door from the dining area and main master bedroom. The covered lanai with ceiling fan provides shade as well as outside dining and looks out onto the pool and garden. Ample luxury patio furniture is provided for your leisure.
Coast/Beach
The Atlantic Coast beaches are 1 hours drive and the silky sands of the Gulf Coast are one and threequarter hours drive.
Golf
There several golf courses nearby. The Greg Norman-designed courses at Champions Gate are only 2 miles drive. It is also the home of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy.
Travel
Orlando International airport is less than 30 minutes and Sanford is approx. 1 hours drive. We can give competitive flight contact names to our guests.
Although taxi services are available, it is advisable to hire a car for which quotes can be given.
Highly discounted Park and Attraction tickets can be provided.
Further details
A gas station/mini market is 500 metres from the villa. Champions Gate (2 miles) has shops, restaurants and large supermarket. There are many restaurants in the vicinity.
Several outlet malls are within 20 minutes drive.
Booking notes
We request a signed booking form plus deposit after agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
A booking deposit of 20% is required and the balance plus a refundable security deposit of £200/US$350 is payable 8 weeks pre rental.
Pool heat, if required, is an extra cost.
