Ground floor grand master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite with separate tub bath and shower. Upstairs second grand master with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with large shower. Bedroom 3 has twin beds with en-suite/family bathroom and bedrooms 4 and 5 have twin beds the 4th bathroom has shower over bath. All bedrooms are large with TV'S in every room and a DVD in kids room. The south facing pool and spa sits beyond the large covered lanai it also benefits a separate outside toilet. The pool also has a screen around it for safety for young kids. Tuscan Hills is a fantastic private gated community with lots of extras like fitness suite and games room in the clubhouse as well as tennis courts and children play area.

Notes on accommodation
Fun zone for the kids and you too! Your children (and you too) will enjoy all the entertainment that our home offers. When you are not visiting the parks, and when you can extract the kids from the pool long enough, there is a fully equipped games room with pool, football and air hockey tables. Television with cable and DVD in every room, so they won't miss their favorite cartoon or show. For safety, there is a protective mesh pool fence, providing a barrier to the pool.
If you need to keep in touch with the office, there is an office/study room with desk, chair and free wireless internet.
Outside
The villa itself is big enough for 2 large family, with five good sized bedrooms and 3000sq.ft of living space, all air-conditioned and furnished to a luxurious standard. You'll be able to relax around our large private 26 x 13sq.ft south facing pool, but should you wish to cool off, you can go inside the villa where all the rooms are kept at a cool and constant temperature. Alternately, just lie back and relax in our superb spa. We also have a patio table with chairs for outside dining. The private pool can be heated if required for an additional cost.
Coast/Beach
The villa is centrally located for both coasts of Florida. The Atlantic coast beaches Daytona and Cocoa Beach are just 80km away and can be reached within 1 hr by car. The beaches of St Pete's and Clearwater on the gulf coast can be reached within 1.5 hrs drive. They are well worth a visit, to see a different side of Florida and to unwind after a day at the parks.
Golf
For golf lovers a 5 minute drive will take you to 2 golf courses including the newly completed Champions Gate, designed by Greg Norman and including the Leadbetter School of Golf. There are also an additional 20 courses to be found within a 20 mile radius if this is not enough!
Travel
Nearest airport is Orlando International around 30 minutes from the villa and the next is Sanford Airport about 50 minutes away. Car hire is essential for exploring the hidden mysteries of Florida.
Distances
Tuscan Hills is conveniently located on Highway 27, 1.5 miles south of the junction with US 192 West and within 10-15 minutes of everyone's favorite theme park, Disney World. Restaurants, banks, ATMs, supermarkets and service stations are all located very close to our community, within a 2 minute drive. A 24 hour Walmart SuperCenter is just 4 minutes north on US 27. Sea World 30 mins, Universal Studios 35 mins, Florida Mall 30 minutes, Millenia Mall 35 minutes.
Further details
Tuscan Hills resort includes a community clubhouse with flat screen TV and a large lounge area. There is also an outdoor tot lot, tennis court, volley ball court, wireless internet access and games room. Plus, if you feel that a day out at the attractions is just not enough, why not try out the state of the art fitness room to keep you in shape! Guests of our villa have free unlimited use of all these facilities for the duration of their stay.
Local stores including a large Publix supermarket, an excellent Walmart, pharmacy, gas station, DVD store, bar, restaurants, subways, fish and chip shop and banks.
