Our spacious luxury villa is located in the plush and tranquil setting in of Rotonda West on Florida’s magnificent Gulf Coast. Completed in July 2004, our 4 bedrooms, 4 bathroom home has 2 Master en-suite bedrooms and has been professionally furnished and decorated to the highest standard, and is situated in a large, secluded, landscaped garden. Enjoy the peace and privacy of this luxurious home, just a few minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

Outside
House on 1/2 acre plot, Pool is totally private secluded with extended pool deck for maximum sunbathing and to catch those breathtaking sunsets. Generous supply of pool loungers and chairs. BBQ is included in the price.
Coast/Beach
There is an abundance of fishing and boating not only at Rotonda but also at world famous sports fishing grounds, such as deep-sea fishing for Marlin off Boca Grande island which is only a six mile drive to the south, so why not take the opportunity to charter a sailing boat with a skipper? just ask us for details.
Tennis courts are available in the community area at the centre of Rotonda Circle, and there are several other clubs where you can play with a 30-minute drive.
Golf
White sandy beaches on the Gulf Coast at Englewood are only 10 minutes drive and there are at least 5 golf courses within the boundaries of Rotonda, and another 5 within a 20-minute drive.
This part of Florida is an ideal base for day trips to explore the many local attractions. The ‘Everglades’ and Islands are just 2 hours drive to the south. Tampa Bay with Busch Gardens is 90 minutes drive to the north and we think this is one of the best theme parks for families. Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World in Central Florida, only 2.5 hours drive away.

There is a nature reserve within a 5 minute walk.
Travel
Tampa airport 1.5 hours. There are many local amenities but car is essential.
Distances
The house is on Rotonda West circle and is located on the Cape Haze Peninsula in Charlotte County in the south Gulf Coast of Florida. The Cape Haze Peninsula is approximately 1.5 hours south of Tampa, between the cities of Sarasota (45 minutes) and Punta Gorda. Orlando is approximately 2.5 hours away and guests may choose to take a day trip, or two to Disneyland before returning home to the tranquillity of this beautiful house.

About the owners
We are brothers and live in England. We have two idetical villa's in Rotonda West on the gulf coast which are very quiet and private and both back onto a golf course. The interiors have been professionally designed
and decorated to a European taste.
Year purchased: 2004 and 2008
We love this area because of the fantastic facilities in the area. There are plenty of beautiful beaches and a great range of bars and restaurants, and shopping outlets. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Tampa airport 90 mins drive away.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
It's beautiful, relaxing with access to fantastic beaches and a huge range of fabulous restaurtants.
The house is situated privately and secluded, backing on to a golf course that's only visible through the trees that provide the privacy. It's a fantastic base from which to go out exploring.

The two masters mean that large families dont have to haggle about who gets the best room, and we have extended the pool deck by 6 feet all around the pool, so the sunbathing area is huge and you can catch the rays all day long.
