Prices are for the condo per week in UK GBP.
Prices include the Florida sales tax of 13%. There is an additional cleaning fee of $74 payable direct to the resort on departure and the minimum stay is 3 days. Please contact Nicki for discounts on bookings of 3 weeks or more.
Changeover day
Arrive and depart any day of the week (minimum of 3 days rental). Check in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check out is at 10am on the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
Baby cot and highchair provided. The condo is on the first floor, very close to the main club house which has many activities for children including a games room, mini cinema and internet cafe. It also overlooks the children’s play area and pool - making it easy for parents to keep a watchful eye on their children.
Accessibility
The resort has spacious paths and ramps which are accessible for wheelchair users. The condo is located on the first floor of the building.

Facilities include:17,000sqft recreation centre and club house incorporating, Bahamian- style spa facilities including sauna, fitness centre and hair salon, large clubhouse pool with sundecks, furnished with lounge chairs, children's play room and lounge area, mini cinema and conference facilities, internet café, snack bar, game room, lounge area, 24 hour gated security.
Amenities include: tradewinds – full service restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, bar – relaxing Caribbean style bar area with music, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, 3 heated pools (some with their own in ground spa), children's pool, direct access onto lake davenport, fishing docks, walking trails, resort transport to Disney.
Coast/Beach
Bahama Bay has it's own private man-made beach just a few minutes stroll from the condo on the shores of Lake Davenport.T he resort is about an hour's drive to the coast.

Florida is a golfing paradise. There are several excellent golf courses close to the resort.
Travel
Approximately 45 minutes from Orlando International airport, Bahama Bay Resort is located just off of US-27 near the intersection of US-192 (Irlo Bronson Highway), down Florence Villa Grove Road. Sanford airport is approximately 1 hour away.

Conveniently, Bahama Bay Resort is just 10 minutes from the Disney Resort, 20 minutes from SeaWorld and 30 minutes from Universal Studios Orlando.

The resort was fantastic & the apartment was spacious, clean & catered for all our needs. Perfect for the family! A very short drive to the Disney world Resort. We would definitely stay here again - A Sagoo.
Thank you for the use of your condo. We had a very lovely time. The three bedrooms in the apartment were very spacious & very beautifully decorated. The resorts architecture was really good with just the right amount of privacy. The location of the apartment was really good for all the Disney attractions. The drive from Orlando airport was straightforward which was great especially after our long flight. I will definitely be looking to go back in the near future - N Chadha.
I have stayed in this condo three times. It is perfect - far enough from Disney to relax but close enough to enjoy the fun of the parks. The resort staff are friendly & helpful, the facilities are fantastic & the owner is a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend staying here - J Babra.

The area is beautiful, the amenities are close by and I have all the facilities I need on site. This is truly a 'home away from home' for me - I love the climate, the people & the lifestyle.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Although I live in the UK, my family originates from the Caribbean. I was instantly drawn to Bahama Bay as the resort reminded me of Jamaica and it's laid back culture...but being a city girl - I also want some activity. It is perfectly located for the fun of Disney, shopping at the outlets and relaxing in the spa or by the pool.
Unique benefits of the property
Every trip I have made has been different! There is something for everyone - whether you like the thrill of roller coasters, want a new wardrobe, want to enjoy the wildlife or to be pampered. My apartment is a perfect escape from the 'hustle and bustle' of Disney and many other parks, yet close enough to enjoy the ever-changing attractions.
