The townhome is set in a peaceful location with a terrace and balcony overlooking the gardens. The town home offers spacious, accommodation in a comfortable and tranquil setting. The villa is fully air conditioned and has 4 bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms and two additional bathrooms. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with en-suite facilities. In the other double room there is a queen size bed with en-suite facilities and in the lounge area a queen size sofa bed. There are 2 twin beds in each of the other double bedrooms. The town home benefits from many additional extras. From the townhome there is easy access to all the theme parks and beaches and is a good central base for a holiday to capture the magic of Florida. Changeover day
There is no specific change over day. Arrivals can enter the villa from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and are asked to vacate the villa by 11.00am on the day of departure.

The house is perfect for children of all ages, with good security for all guests. The pool benefits from beach entry for easy access for younger children. Outside
Large tropical swimming pool complex with two heated pools, waterfalls, waterslide and central island with several different pools linked together by pathways and bridges for easy access. There is a swimming pool, splash pool, lazy river with flotation rings, and hot spa. There are secluded sun bathing terraces around the pool with sunbeds, tables and chairs and sun umbrellas. The Club House oofer a good restaurant and bar, internet facilities, games room and Management office.
Coast/Beach
The wonderful beaches of Cocoa Beach and Daytona Beach are approximately 50 miles from the villa as is the Kennedy Space Centre. The Disneys Theme Parks - Disney World, MGM Studios, Typhoon Lagoon, Epcot, and Blizzard Beach are 15 minutes away, with easy access to Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wet 'n Wild and all the other attractions.
Golf
There are a good selection of golf course nearby with a list of course available on request. The nearest course is a few minutes away at Highlands Reserve. For larger golfing parties similar additional villas can be obtained.
Travel
Orlando International Airport and Sanford Airport are within easy reach of Regal Palms. There are free courtesy buses to the theme park from the resort.
Distances
Publix is the nearest supermarket which is within walking distance and offers a good variety of foods. All shops and restaurants are easily accessible to the villa with many offering home delivery.
Further details
There is a spa, gym facilities, internet cafe, games room and restaurant and bar in the club house. There are ATM machine in the club house and in every shopping mall and theme park. Also phone cards are easily bought and the cheapest option for calling home. Florida Mall, and Buena Vista shopping centres which are easily accessible from the villa which have many outlet stores.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required to confirm bookings. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. All credit cards accepted and payments are made via PayPal. There is $10 per day mandatory resort charge which is now a standard charge for resort and hotels in Central Florida. There is a fully refundable security deposit of $350 which the management required prior to arrival and this is immediately refunded after the property is inspected after departure.
