The villa is air conditioned throughout. Complimentary hi speed internet connection is also available throughout the villa. Free USA calls and all calls to our friendly, professional, local Management Company. Pool table and tournament sized table tennis table available. Safety Alarms are connected to all doors leading to Pool Deck area. Cot and highchair also provided.

Large, private south facing pool with spa overlooking conservation. Froint of property overlooks Conservation. Would recommend pool be heated from November through to April (at extra cost). Extra large pool deck with patio table, chairs and loungers. A peaceful and tranquil setting to relax in the sun or unwind after a busy day in one of the Disney Parks or Orlando's fabulous shopping malls.
Coast/Beach
Daytona Beach and Coco Beach are approximately 1 hour drive, Clearwater (near Tampa) 75 minutes.
Golf
Grand Reserve is based just 5 minutes from Champions Gate, home of the Greg Norman designed 36 hole golf course).
Travel
30 minutes from Orlando International airport. 70 minutes from Tampa Airport, 45 minutes Sanford Airport. Please note that a car is recommended.
Distances
10 minutes drive to Disney parks, 25 minutes to Seaworld, Discovery Cove, Universal and The Florida Mall, 1 hour to Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre, 1 hour flight or 4 hour drive to Miami.
Further details
5 minutes to Champions Gate where you will find beautiful golf courses, restaurants, shops, bank, chemist and supermarket. Just 10 minutes to the vibrant, bustling Hwy 192 with its shopping, restaurants, crazy golf and an array of souvenir shops. Booking notes
Bookings of 6 nights or less will incur a cleaning charge of £75. Deposit of £100 per week, and/or part of a week. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. £150 is required with final balance as a security deposit and will be returned to you in full after a satisfactory report from the Management Company. We also accept payment in US dollars and credit cards.

The drive from the airport was so easy, very straight forward instructions from Bev the owner allowed us to arrive at least 6 mins. Before satnav members of our party. On entering the villa, each family member had an open mouthed couple of minutes as all took in the outlay of this fantastic home. From the kitchen to the dining, sitting and sleeping areas, the care and quality used in this home is evident. It is ideally situated with all parks within easy reach and shops and diners to suit all tastes not far away. We had our grandsons with us, the eldest 9 and the youngest 4 who made use of the swimming pool a daily event. But then so did we all seeing that during our stay in June 2010 our coldest day weighed in with 31 deg.C.The villa became our haven away from all the hustle and bustle and I would not hesitate to recommend it or the owner to anybody.

We had always rented a villa with a private pool in the lovely area of Davenport, and one day hoped to find a home of our own. Our dreams came true when we were lucky enough to find this gorgeous villa.
