Changeover day
Rates quoted are per condo/apartment. A maximum of 6 guests may stay and at least one should be over the age of 21. A minimum of 3 night stay. Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am a late check out can be requested for a nominal fee.

I would need a deposit of 10% to secure your booking (which can be paid directly to the resort by credit/debit card). The remaining balance can be paid on arrival at the resort. There is also a departure cleaning fee of $73.45 (inc tax) charged by the resort.

About the owner
We live in a quiet little village in Essex, with our two children. We’ve been visiting the USA every year for over 20 years. We came across Bahama Bay by chance around 8-9 years ago and liked it so much, that after a few years of visiting as guests, we decided to buy our own condo in early 2008.
We treat our property as our second home and now try to visit twice a year as a family. As well as being great holidays, this enables us to ensure the property is kept in top condition.
