Fleurvista is situated on the borders of Davenport, Central Florida. We are to the west of Kissimmee, 5 mins drive off Junction 58 off the Interstate 4. 5 miles takes you to Maingate Disney, 20 mins to Seaworld and only 25 mins away from Universal Studio. One hours drive will take you to the beautiful golf coast with its magnificent beaches or the Kennedy Space Centre on the east coast within 55 mins. Orlando International Airport is only a 25 mins drive or alternatively fly into Sanford which is a little further north. Our villa is situated in the quiet select Ashley Manor just 5 mins from Champions Gate a Greg Norman golf course with local shops and restaurants, also near to hand is the new Reunion course. Local garage Mini/Mart is 3 mins walk. Visitors tend to think of Florida as just theme parks, but it also has many natural parks and lakes to visit for quiet days away from the parks. We have just added a games area with pool table, electronic darboard for guests to enjoy.

Pool heating if required is an extra £18 per day. (gas)
We offer discounts for bookings of 3 weeks and over.
25% deposit secures rental and the remainder is due 10 weeks before commencement.
We also require a Security deposit of £200 with final payment, this is fully refundable after final villa inspection.

We are flexible on changeover day.

Notes on accommodation
Our large pool area is very private and overlooks a small lake/conservation area. The villa is all on the one level and is suitable for children with locking doors into the pool area.
As we are all on the one level I am sure people with a disability would not find it a problem.

Coast/Beach
We are approx 1 hour to the nearest beach.
Golf
We have two golf courses within a 5 minute drive, the first being Champions Gate a Greg Norman designed course and the second Reunion designed by both Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus.
Travel
The nearest airport is Orlando International 25 mins drive away and about an hours drive to Sanford airport.
Distances
We are five miles away from Maingate Disney the best family entertainment in the world.
Further details
We have restaurants and supermarkets just 5 mins away by car at Champions Gate, there is also a small mini-mart at the local garage which is just a short walk away. We have just converted part of our garage area into a games room with pool table, electronic dartboard, games/air hockey table. Added a computer with high speed access.

25% Deposit is required to secure the booking the remaining amount is due 10 weeks before commencement of rental.
