Situated just 5 mins from Fisherman's Village and Charlotte harbour by boat, or by car, this spacious 3 bed, 2 bath villa has 95 feet of waterfront with its own private boat dock. The property is situated on a large open basin with a view that is unmatched in the whole of Punta Gorda Isles! You can fish off the dock for local fish such as Snook, Redfish and Snapper, or just sunbath and watch the boats and the world go by. Dolphins and Manatee are often seen playing right beside the dock. The most amazing and breathtaking sunsets will round off the perfect day. This is no average villa, with the guest rooms situated on the ground floor at the western side of the villa allowing for total privacy in the master bedroom suite on the first floor, which has a 32' TV and DVD player.

This home is suitable for children and is tiled throughout the living space. Carpets in master suite and bedroom 1.
Outside
Swimming pool is large and electrically heated so a warm swim is guaranteed for those cooler evenings. Loungers and chairs for the pool and dock area. Barbecue area. Professionally maintained gardens surround the villa to the dock where you can fish all day if you wish.
Coast/Beach
There is a small beach for sunbathing one mile from our villa however, Venice, Fort Myers and Englewood Beaches are a short drive away.
Golf
Golf is a 5 min drive to St Andrews Golf and Country Club.This is very affordable golf course and has excellent grounds. Rate run from $25 to $45 with buggy, depending on season. There are a total of approximately 48 golf clubs within a 25 min drive.
Special interest holidays
Fisherman's Village is 5 mins by boat or car from our villa and has a great shopping complex with many restaurants on the water. Cruises to Boca Grande and Cabbage Key are on a regular basis. Boat rental is available at Fisherman's Village, details of which are at the villa. Saturday also has the local Farmer's Market where local fresh veg etc, can be purchased at very reasonal prices. On certain nights there are free concerts, classical music etc, in local park.
Travel
Punta Gorda is about 100 miles south of Tampa on the Gulf Coast between Sarasota and Ft. Myers, it lies on the southern shore of Charlotte Harbour, on the estuary of the Peace River. Interstate 75 runs for 22 miles through Charlotte County and U.S. 41 (the Tamiami Trail), is the main highway running north/south.
Distances
Punta Gorda is 22 miles from Fort Myers and 50 miles from Naples to the south. While north to Sarasota is 50 miles and 70 miles to St Petersburg. Orlando is approx 150 miles north east.

Pool heating available at £85 per week. The cleaning fee is £120.(Includes 2 loads of Laundry. Extra loads are charged at £15.00 per load).
A security deposit of £200 is required. Refundable, subject to inspection on departure. 25% deposit required to secure your booking. Balance must clear our bank 10 weeks prior to arrival. (Flexible payments to suit for multiple week bookings if required). 12 week cancellation policy. If we are able to re-book your dates we will gladly refund you in full.

The dreams and aspirations of everyone who takes a holiday in Florida are encapsulated in this film star home. Dreams and reality often part ways but not here. Close your eyes and dream of a holiday home - that’s Serenity and yet the brightest stars are John and Caroline, their neighbours and friends; they are the ingredient which takes this villa to a different dimension. Anyone who has stayed in Serenity will return - we will.
