This villa is built all on one level. Ideal for families with small children as there are no stairs. The location is very quiet but near to the new shopping mall Posner Park. In fact you can walk there its so near. English pub, Chinese restaurant and 7/11 are within walking distance too. The villa is decorated to a high standard with an all American feel. The main features are the outdoor living space and pool. Wow this is the only villa on Sunset Ridge with the extended deck and outside lighting. Even in December when everyone else is in total darkness you can sit in the hot tub, play in the pool and be totally safe. Also brand new games room with pool air hockey, football table, darts and loads of board games. Great for the kids and dads alike. If you would like a luxury villa with great facilities, near to theme parks yet quiet and peaceful (when you need your sleep) this is 100% the villa for you.

I could not say enough wonderful things about Lynda and Mark. From the very first email I sent just inquiring about a villa they were kind and sincere. They made this process so easy and I could not be more grateful to them. This entire vacation was to make our children happy. One of our twins lost function in her right kidney and was in the hospital for several weeks, we knew when to plan this vacation ahead of time because of the doctors planning. Lynda and Mark - special thank you to you both for helping make this a wonderful two weeks for them. Not one of them had a worry in the world all of there pain went away and they were able to be children again and have fun. Thank you both from the bottom of our hearts.

Hello, I am a nurse working for the NHS here in UK. My husband and 2 children fell in love with Orlando when we visited for a once in a lifetime holiday in 2000. Well we couldn't stay away.
We stayed in hotels and villas but I always felt that I could offer more in a villa of my own. I am 100% committed to offering fabulous accommodation at great prices.
Since buying our home we have shared it with friends family and guests who we didnt know but have come to know.
We visit twice a year to keep the standards high replace bedding and towels and put those little touches in that make our home unique.
