The villa is set in Town Center Reserve which is a secure gated community. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with spacious accommodation and pool. Disney is just over 10 minutes away whilst Universal, Sea World and Discovery Cove are within 20 minutes drive. The villa is situated 5 minutes drive from Interstate 4 and also from the 192 which is a shoppers and diners dream. Several of the big show-dinner attractions are on this road. There are loads of golf courses nearby most of which have golf clubs available to hire and also lots of non-theme park activities such as horse riding. Local shopping is just around the corner including a Publix supermarket and other shops and restaurants.

Child safety barrier surrounding the pool. Cots and high chair may be hired if required. The pool can be heated if required.

The swimming pool is completely private. There is underwater pool lighting for swimming in the evening. Table and four chairs plus sun loungers are provided.

Coast/Beach
Tampa is one hour away. Clearwater with its lovely beaches and warm water is 1.5 hours away.

Golf
The property is situated within 5 minutes of Champions Gate and its two Greg Norman designed courses. There are many more wonderful courses within 30 minutes drive.

Travel
Orlando International Airport is 35 to 40 minutes drive. Sanford and Tampa airports are 1 to 1.5 hours away.

Distances
Local shops are two minutes away. Disney is 10 minutes away. There are many other local attractions within 30 minutes drive.
