Our beautiful home which has lake and fountain views to the rear has two master en-suite bedrooms, both with king size beds and which open onto the pool and sun-terrace. The lounge and dining room is open-plan with a large four section sliding door which opens onto the pool and lanai area. There are two more bedrooms and another bathroom conveniently placed between them. The lounge and all four bedrooms have cable television. The home has full air-conditioning and fans in each room.

Changeover day
Our rental days are flexible (except Christmas and Easter). Arrival time being 4pm and departure time being 10am unless previously agreed with the owner.

| Kitchen: | Kitchen is fully equipped with large oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave, waste disposal unit, electric kettle, coffee maker, tea pot, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, cooking utensils and a full set of crockery, radio and CD player. |
| Utility Room: | A washing machine, a dryer, storage cupboard with vacuum, iron, ironing board and spare bulbs. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms.
Outside
The pool is 30' x 14'. There are 2 tables provided with 10 chairs and ample sun loungers. Electric pool heating can be provided.
Coast/Beach
As the beaches stretch non stop from Marco Island to Fort Myers beach and beyond you will find you don't have to travel any distance to find the most glorious beaches of sugar white sand imaginable and they are just a short drive from the villa. Naples beach is approximately 7/10 minutes drive with all the others just a few more minutes away.
Golf
As Naples is reputed to be the golf capital of America then it is only to be expected there are numerous courses all close by the villa, most of which are mentioned in the 'visitors book' by previous guests.
Travel
The nearest airports are Fort Myers just 30 minutes up the I75
Miami (2 hours) and Tampa (3 hours).
Distances
It is only a short 5 minutes drive to the beaches, harbour, shops and restaurants of 5th Avenue in 'Olde Naples'.
Further details
It is only a 2 minute drive to the nearest supermarket (publix), the pharmacy (Walgreens) and the banks. Briarwood has a community area with two large swimming pools (at least one is heated in the winter months). 2 tennis courts, a volleyball court all of which are available to our visitors whilst they are on holiday.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required together with a completed booking form at the time of booking. The full payment plus a £300 security deposit is required 10 weeks before the start of your holiday, if there are no damages then the security deposit is returned normally within a week of your departure.
Guest comments
The house is very nice, well maintained, and has high quality furnishings. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. The owner is very prompt in responding to emails, and is very thorough in giving you all of the information you need for when you show up and when you leave. I have rented this house twice, and have had only positive experiences. The house is significantly nicer than the rentals that are closer to the beach and in the same price range. Most importantly, the owner is very responsible and professional. My friends have already suggested we rent the same house next year.
