The Master Suites offer privacy and space for the adults whilst the twin rooms put the children together so that they can enjoy each others company. The villa is superb quality with features such as carpeting and tiling throughout, marble vanity basins to the bathrooms (twin to the master suites), Corian worksurfaces to the kitchen and of course, the heated pool and spa - a real home from home.

Accessibility
Children welcome, wheelchair access, suitable for elderly,
small step to front door threshold and rear door to pool. Internally, one level. The pool has 4 gentle steps to get into it.
Outside
The family room leads out to the private pool and spa. Dining area with table and 4 chairs plus sunbeds surrounding our private sparkling-clear pool and bubbling relaxing raised spa that cascades in to the main pool. The heated pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and alarms.

About the owner
We are a couple with 3 grown up children and 6 grandchildren. The grandchildren are one of the main reasons we decided to purchase a villa which is a short distance to Disney, the sunshine is the other reason. We can take them to the parks or spend days relaxing at the villa as all the children love swimming.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We wanted to buy near Disney, Universal, Seaworld etc. and the sunshine state is perfect all year round. We have been to Florida several times and each time it gets better, there is so much to do you never get tired of going.
Unique benefits of the property
We have a lovely 4 bed villa with a private pool which is not directly overlooked from behind (as you can see from the photo) in a very nice and quiet community. Easy distance to parks, shopping, International Drive, Kissimmee, Champions Gate and the I4.
