You can come home to your hideaway after enjoying the Naples Zoo, Everglades, Waterside Shops, Tin City, Marco, boat trips and cruises. 4.5 miles from the main beach, all is within easy access. Briarwood has an extensive sidewalk system on winding streets. It is great for walkers or cycling on the bikes which are provided upon request. Personal service is the best available. Response is within minutes-no menus-owners who live in the community want your vacation to be perfect.

Price quoted is for 4 persons. May 1-Dec.14, each extra person, $100, 15 December - 30 April, $150 with a 6 person capacity. Optional additional cleaning is available ($100). To the above price, add 10% (state and county taxes) and end cleaning fees ($150). There is a community registration fee of $100.00 Payment can be made in Dollars to the US or Sterling within the UK. Discounts given for stays of 4 weeks or more. Multi months in high season (months that include February and March).

| Bedrooms: | One spacious King suite with access to lanai. One private Queen room with access to lanai. Twin room has extra long twin beds. All bedrooms have a TV and DVD in addition to the Lounge TV/DVD. |
| Bathrooms: | Master King is a suite with walk-in shower with lake view. A soaking tub is in this bathroom . The other bathroom in the private Queen/twin wing has bath/shower over. |
| Kitchen: | Completely equipped new stainless steel appliances in a custom countertop kitchen. Deluxe cooking equipment. All large and small. appliances are in excellent working order. |
| Utility Room: | Washer and Dryer is on site with a separate laundry room with shelving and closet. |
| Living Rooms: | Spacious comfortable leather furniture is in the living room. There is one sofa, one loveseat and 2 large leather ottomans for sitting or reclining. The entertainment center offers a new TV with DVD player. There is a nearby Video/DVD store. |
| Other: | The open floor plan provides a large dining area with quality table and comfortable dining chairs. The smaller adjacent more casual cafe area is available for convenient snacks or dining for one or two. |

Notes on accommodation
The community has a large pool and playground with sports area. Stay in touch with high speed internet connection and WiFi which is included.
Accessibility
There is a large open floor plan and a shower with walk in access. No steps excluding the stoop step entrance and exits of the home. The lanai is spacious and provides all day sun and all day shade possibilities.
Outside
The large private pool has solar heat which is provided. Electric pool heat is available. A gas grill is provided. The home is beautifully landscaped.
There is a large front lawn which looks out on to a cul de sac for a large open private position. All is excellently maintained. The lanai surface as well as the driveway and sidewalk to the home has a custom surface.
You will find this home to be of exceptional quality and maintained in the most careful way.
