Orlando International airport is only 25 minutes away. Celebration and Down Town Disney only 10 minutes by car.

Booking notes
A booking confirmation fixes both price and date. In other respects the owner reserves the right to make alterations without notice. A 3% charge is made for bookings paid by credit card. A non refundable deposit of $300 / €212 is required to secure the booking. Any booking request will be held for 5 working days to allow for delivery of the deposit. If the deposit is not received the allocated dates will be made available for rental.

Two friends and us as a couple stayed at this villa in May 2009 for two weeks, and really had a fantastic time. The villa is completely self catering, and the private pool and spa was really relaxing. The modern European interior design and furniture were super. Really recommend it to others, and surely will return in not too far away future.

Our family consists of 6 members, which are my wife, I and 4 children. All of the children live on their own, except for one.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Now that we have some more time, we decided to buy a vacation villa in Florida. We loved the area around Orlando from earlier trips, and we're instantly in love with Watersong Resort, in Davenport. Very nice area, but still convientely close to the Orlando theme parks. Another perk is that the villa is across the street from the club house.
Unique benefits of the property
We are Dutch nationals, and found the furniture and design we saw in Florida, not to match our taste. So we decided to buy all design furniture in Holland and have it shipped to Florida. We think this makes your stay in our house a unique experience, and stands definitely out in the crowd.
