Our luxurious villa is built high on a ridge with a simply wonderful southwest facing view, ideal for lounging around and watching the Florida sun set beyond the horizon. With air-conditioned living space it features four bedrooms, one of which is a King master suite, one Queen and two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, spacious sitting room, dining room, games area and free wireless broadband internet access. With every room finished to an extremely high standard, and a huge deck area with sun terrace, large pool with feature lighting, plus a spa, this truly is the home for a perfect vacation. Our villa is situated only 15 minutes from Disney within the rolling hills and citrus groves of Davenport on the peaceful family community of Westridge. Westridge offers one of central Florida's most idyllic location's just minutes away from all of the major attractions and Championship golf courses, yet only a 45 minute drive from some of Florida's famous sandy beaches.

Changeover day
On your day of arrival feel free to arrive anytime from 2pm onwards. When you leave please exit by 11am and have a safe trip home. We will try where possible to accommodate early check in/ late check out by prior arrangement.

Utility Room: Utility room housing a large washing machine, separate tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
Double garage for storage, drying space and playing!
Living Rooms: 2 large leather sofas, perfect for relaxing on and watching our 40" flat screen cable TV. Coffee tables, lamps, cable TV and DVD player with DVD's also provided. All this with a beautiful view of the pool and horizon. Ceiling mounted electric fan.
Other: Every room comes with a ceiling mounted electric fan for your comfort.

All towels and linens are included. The proprty will be cleaned before your arrival and after departure. Extra cleans are available by prior arrangement.

Notes on accommodation
We have a newly installed pool with solar heating, including a Spa. Our air conditioning has been recently refurbished. Our villa is ideal for children, with lots of space. We can provide a Disney theme to one of the bedrooms upon request.

Accessibility
Our home is all on one level with easy access to all areas.

Outside
To the front we have sufficient driveway parking for 2 large vehicles, and to the rear we have a huge extended deck which has been newly paved and a new pool with Spa installed with Solar heating available. All the loungers and chairs you'll need with outdoor dining tables. (Brand new Palm Casual white pipe outdoor table, chairs and chaise lounges due to arrive this week 10.6.09)

Coast/Beach
Clearwater beach and St Petes can be reached by car in approx 1½ hours. Nearest beach to villa is Cocoa beach approx 1 hour's drive away.

Golf
Our villa is in a prime location for golfers of all abilities, being ideally situated near the I4, Orlando's 100+ first class courses are within easy reach. Our nearest courses are the renowned Championsgate Resort and the Ginn Reunion Resort.

Travel
Orlando airport is within 35-40 mins drive. Sanford airport is approx 50 mins drive. Car hire is essential.

Further details
Disney area approx 15 mins drive. Universal Parks / Seaworld 30 mins drive. Kennedy Space centre 60 mins drive.

Restaurants, golf and supermarkets are all within 5 min drive. 24 hour Walmart 5 mins drive.

Booking notes
Please contact the owners direct. £200 non refundable deposit needed to secure booking. All bookings subject to a breakage deposit of £200 (which will be returned upon completion of post holiday checks by our management company). Final balance is due 8 weeks before departure.
