Our brand new luxury villa is situated just off the US27 at Davenport. Bridgeford Crossing is a brand new gated community and development. With over 2400sq.ft of living space, this is a fantastic and beautiful villa for the whole family or two families to share. Bags of rooms for all ages. We have made every inch inviting, every whim is catered for and you will have the vacation of a life time in our home at Bridgeford Crossing. We extend a very warm welcome to all our guests and believe your stay in our home will be second to none and you will want to come back year after year. Florida is just such a great place to stay for all ages. Supermarket 5 mins, restaurants and English/Irish pub (live footie) no more than 7 mins away. Disney 10 mins, Universal and Seaworld 30 mins and Orlando Airport just 35 mins. Championship golf courses close by.

Notes on prices
Prices are shown per week in UK pounds and USA dollars and Euros. Pool heat, if required is £15/$25/18 euro per day. There is no minimum stay but under 5 nights there is a £75/$130/90 euro supplement.

This is a very spacious luxury 4 bedroom villa that 2 families can easily share. Includes all taxes and cleaning, no price increases for school holidays, Easter or Christmas. The same great rate all year round.
Changeover day
Normal check-in time 4pm. Normal check-out time 10am. If you need an extension on these times, they must be requested at time of booking. We will accommodate a request if at all possible.

Notes on accommodation
This is a great house for families, lots of space. Professionally and tastefully decorated throughout. There is baby equipment, including cot, highchair, stroller, child safety netting across pool (removable). There is also a selection of board games and DVD games for the whole family. Cable TV, 46" HDTV flat screen in family room, with DVD, free internet access, CD/radio player, flat screen HD ready TV in all bedrooms too. Free international, national and local telephone. Our lovely villa is fully air-conditioned/heated, situated on a brand new gated community which boasts a 30 seated cinema, gym, sauna, games room, internet access, tennis courts and communal pool, a great place to meet friends. We also have an excellent management co. On hand 24/7.
Accessibility
With 2 master bedrooms, both with spacious en-suite and a twin bedroom, along with separate bathroom and all on the the ground floor. Our villa is accessibility friendly with and has very spacious. My own mother uses a wheelchair and we had no problems. There is a small threshold step to the front door and patio doors.
Outside
The all day sunshine, full screened, east-west facing patio/lanai, pool and spa , sun loungers, patio table and chairs, and recliners, BBQ, 2 ceiling fans, outdoor lights, electrical points and spa controls. Great for dining alfresco on those warm Florida evenings. Your private pool is approx 30' x 12' and can be heated for a small extra charge (recommended October - May). The spa/jacuzzi is big enough for up to 6 adults. Well maintained lawn surrounds the property. With close board fencing at the rear of property you need not worry about being overlooked, Front garden professionally designed with Florida shrubs, plants and flowers. Up to four cars can park on driveway. The villa is fully alarmed for your safety. It is recommended that you use this while you are out.
Coast/Beach
Bridgeford Crossing at Davenport is mid way between the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts. You will find it hard to choose which to visit so why not spend a day at each, both about an hour drive to Daytona Beach on the East Coast or Clearwater on the Gulf Coast. Why not enjoy the beach and watch the space shuttle launch at Titusville. A once in a lifetime spectacular, don't miss it!
Golf
Florida has some of the best golf courses in the world. With many golf courses nearby, you will be spoilt for choice. Highland Reserve and Champions Gate are just two of the championship courses in the area.
Travel
Car hire is recommended.

Sanford Airport (SAN) 50 miles/1 hour.
Tampa Airport (TPA) 50 miles/1 hour.
Miami approx 3 hours.

Shopping: Walmart Superstore - 5 minutes South. WinnDixie - 5 minutes South. Brand new - Target , Ross, JC Penny, Dollar Tree, Staples. Petsmart, Dickson Sports, all 5 minutes North. Khols 20 mins North (girls you could spend a whole day in Khols). Restaurants North and South on the US 27. North is: Bob Evans (great breakfasts) Chinese restaurant, Irish bar (watch the footie), Cracker Barrel, Perkins. Golden Corrale, Denny's.
South is: BurgerKing, MacDonalds, KFC, the list goes on. All a 5-10 minute drive. On the 192, which is just off the I-4, approx 10 mins. there is every restaurant and fast food outlet you can think of, along with shops galore, crazy golf, helicopter rides, dinner and shows and so much more. The 192, starts at the I-4 and travels East, it is about 10 miles longs! International Drive, with entertainment for all - approx 20 minutes away.
Booking notes
Deposit £150 per week. Final balance 10 weeks prior to arrival date. Security deposit £200. This will be refunded to you within 30 days of your departure date and after our Management Co has inspected and cleaned the villa. Payment can be made by: bacs transfer, cheque or by credit card (2.5% fee will be added for card payments). Pool heating(recommended October - May) £15./$25 per day.

Hi My name is Sue, and along with my husband
Dave we live and work in Sussex , we have four daughters and goodness knows how many grandchildren !!!, no we have 3 grandsons and 5 grandaughters ranging from 19 years to 9 months and we love everyone of them all to bits, Our family live in the UK , in the USA and in Canada, so when we all meet up in Florida we have a great time....
Our villa hopefully is home from home with all extra bits and bobs to make your holiday just....well...perfect,

Bridgeford Crossing is a lovely quiet gated community
just off the US27, far enough away from the very busy area of Orlando, but just a short drive to all the major attractions. Perfect to come back to after a feet aching day of fun at the Theme Parks,
Some Awesome Shops and Restaurants even a local 'Pub' all within a 5-10 minute drive from the villa, Perfect, I just never want to come home !!!

Unique benefits of the property
It is a fabulous villa with lots of light and an extremely spacious feel, with two big Master Bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms, there is a peace of Paradise waiting for you, The two twin bedrooms have their own shared bathroom right next door. All the little ones just love the themed Mickey Mouse bedroom, with lots of happy memories to take home.
The Madagascar themed games room is a great hit with all ages, and whether you fancy a game of pool, basket ball or table football, Its all there for you to enjoy,
The sparkling blue pool is fantasic for the young and not so young. While the Spa right along side the pool is great for relaxing in or a chat with friends & family, while the boys cook your evening meal on the bbq.!!
