This Villa has cathedral ceilings with an enormous amount of large glassed areas giving it a very bright and cheerful aspect, the very large master bedroom, lounge, nook and sitting room all have patio doors opening onto the poolside patio area.

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning should not be interrupted and the doors should not be left open unduly as the humidity in Florida will leave the soft furnishing feeling damp in the evening. follow these instructions and you will enjoy perfect interior comfort at all times.
Accessibility
Apart from have to negotiate the Lania Frame step, entry to the property is the same level of the path.
Outside
Everything is provided to enjoy alfresco living around the poolside including a gas barbeque. Whilst bottles are provided, we do not supply the gas.
Golf
The area is surrounded by many golf clubs and we feel certain you keen sportsman will have no trouble in finding them all via the internet before you travel. Search Punta Gorda & Port Charlotte.
Further details
As with America, everything is a drive away, but you are never far from the beaches, restaurants, bars and the local and famous Fishermans Village.
