A lovely, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private fully screened pool and spa. This villa provides all the comforts of home and many little extras. There is cable TV and a DVD player in the family room with an additional TV in the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee maker. The villa also has washer, dryer and ironing facilities. The master suite is furnished with a king size bed and has a en-suite bathroom. A queen and a twin bedroom share a family bath.

Changeover day
Arrival should be after 4pm on the day of changeover and departure should be by 12pm on the day. However we are flexible with bookings. If we have nobody coming in on your departure date we are happy to schedule the clean for the day after.

| Kitchen: | Cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, breakfast bar and kitchen table. |
| Utility Room: | Located in a large double garage are the washing machine, dryer, washing line, ironing board and iron. |
| Living Rooms: | The large formal lounge/dining room has 2 sofas and coffee table. It has a TV and DVD plus separate radio/stereo along with a selection of CDs, DVDs, videos and books. The formal dining table seats 6. Free Wi-Fi access is also offered at the house. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Hand, bathroom and pool towels are provided. Fresh towels and linen are provided at the beginning of each rental. The villa is cleaned after each rental and this is included in the price. Additional cleans during long term lets can be arranged. |

Notes on accommodation
Free Wi-Fi internet access is available for guests. Beach chairs, umbrella, and cool boxes are provided for guests to use. Table tennis table and basket ball net for the energetic!
Outside
The villa has it's own garden front and back, and comes with a private pool that is fully screened to protect you from insects and yet still allowing you to be able to catch the sun. The pool is 30ft in length with depths varying from 3ft to 7ft, together with a jacuzzi/spa. The pool area has large patio table and chairs, and sun recliners. The lanai gives shade from the sun and provides an excellent dining area with overhead fan and a BBQ.
Coast/Beach
The wonderful gulf coast beaches are a short drive away. Siesta Key being only a 15 minute drive, is renowned for it’s beautiful fine white sands and spectacular sunsets. Lido beach is also popular which is next to St. Armands Circle. There are other beaches at Longboay Key, Anna Maria to the North via the Barrier islands and to the South, Nokomis and Caspersen.
Golf
Numerous golf courses and driving ranges within easy reach of the house.
Travel
Sarasota Airport 20 minutes. Tampa Airport 1 hour. Orlando Airport 2 hours. Sanford Airport 2.5 hours. Miami Airport 3 hours. All times are approximate and depend on traffic conditions.

Sarasota has art galleries, theatres, and cinemas for your enjoyment and are all just minutes from your holiday home. Banks, supermarkets and hospitals are all located conveniently close by within 5 minutes.
