Anna Maria Island Club is located on the white sandy beaches of beautiful Anna Maria Island, situated on Florida's Gulf Coast. No high rise buildings or large hotels, just quiet and safe. Accommodation: 2 bedrooms/2 baths. Our unit is on the second floor and has been totally renovated in 2009. The sliding glass doors leading to the balcony give a 180 degree view of the beautiful beach and gulf of Mexico - see the fantastic sunsets. Access by elevator to heated pool, hot tub, sauna and landscaped gardens. Covered parking.

Prices are per week in UK pounds. A standard cleaning fee of £75.00 will be added to the cost of renting the property. The cleaning of the condo will be carried out after your departure.

Changeover day is Saturday, but this is flexible. Check in and check out times are flexible.

Sarasota airport 13 miles, Tampa International Airport 50 miles. Car recommended, but not essential as free trolley bus drives up and down the island every 15 minutes. Trolley stops nearby.

Short drive to Busch Gardens in Tampa. Disney World in Orlando 2 hour drive.

Close to restaurants, pharmacies and shops. Zoos, aquariums, cinema, parks nearby. Fishing, sailing, swimming, cycling and wind-surfing.

A 25% deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
