Lindfields is one of the best planned communities to be developed in the West Maingate area of Disney and continues to set the precedence for many of the other developments that have since followed such as the adjacent Formosa Gardens Development.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Pool heating is provided at an additional cost of £10.00 per day if required.
Changeover day
Guests are required to arrive after 4pm on the day of arrival (however most flights normally do not land until this time). On the Day of departure guests are required to check out of the Villa at 11am

Outside
The villa as a fantastic views from the pool which backs on a lake and conservation area ( so you are not overlooked). The pool is fully screened to keep the bugs out (but let the sun in). Lots of comfortable pool furniture is provided including tables, chairs and sun loungers. Pool deck lighting for evenings. For safety reasons, plastic plates, beakers etc are supplied for use outside in the pool area. Pool heating recommended from October to May. Please note that Children must be supervised at all times in the pool area.
Coast/Beach
Approx 60 mins driving distance to the Atlantic coast - and 75mins to the Gulf of Mexico.
Golf
Conveniently locates are a number of Golf Courses: Orange Lake Golf and Country Club, Champions Gate Golf Club. Celebration Golf club, Southern Dunes Golf Club. There are also many other golf courses to choose from within a short distance of the Villa, including those within Walt Disney World and Orlando.
Travel
30 mins from Orlando airport. 60 mins from Orlando's Sanford airport.
Distances
Only minutes from all the major attractions, shopping malls supermarkets restaurants. The Villa is located just off the 192 Highway.
Further details
Literally no more than a few minutes drive from the villa are fantastic restaurants including The Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Lonestar steak house,Carrabbas – Italian plus many more (I’m sure you will find one that takes your fancy) 24 hour supermarkets including Wal-Mart, pharmacy, internet café.
