Welcome to our villa in the popular, peaceful and sought after area of Eagle Pointe. The villa is fully air-conditioned with wireless internet access throughout. Situated only 10 mins from the Disney attractions. Shopping Malls, restaurants and Golf Courses are nearby. The sunny pool deck is complete with patio furniture and includes a shaded area with table and chairs. The villa is very spacious, with a large open plan lounge and dining area with vaulted ceilings. The adjoining fully fitted kitchen includes a breakfast area which leads to a separate laundry room. The lounge has a large flat screen TV with over 100 channels and a separate DVD player. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite with dressing room). The layout of the villa makes it ideal for two families as each wing contains a double bedroom a twin bedroom and a bathroom with the living area in between.

Notes on accommodation
There is a strict no pets policy and no smoking allowed in the villa. Smoking is allowed in the patio area. Cot and highchair provided. Optional pool heating may be booked at an additional charge. A safe is fitted in the property for the use of guests.
