Lovely family home on the East Coast of Florida (Palm Coast) - unspoilt and largely untouched by tourism. On the 4th green of the golf course and only 5 minutes drive (10 mins cycle - bicycles available!) to the swimming and tennis club (with state of the art Gym), 15 minutes to drive-on beach with miles of white golden sands. Only 10 minutes from the Intercoastal Waterway with boat hire, jetskis etc. Very safe area, authentic USA, great shopping and designer malls nearby. Lovely house, superb holiday spot away from the crowds of Disney, although only 1hr 15mins drive if you want to go for the day. Full A/C, very roomy, great for children and works well with toddlers as there are no stairs. Lots of restaurants, beach bars within 10 minutes drive with live entertainment at weekends (Flagler Beach). The Oldest town in America, St. Augustine is 30 minutes drive north with the Famous Daytona Beach only 30 minutes drive south.

Coast/Beach
15 minutes drive to one of the most beautiful beaches on the East Cost of Florida. Beach equipment, chairs, toys, buckets and spades etc all available to put in the back of the car with a picnic for a day at the beach. No hassle, drive on beach (4-wheel drive is usually required) where you can pick your spot and chill out with the family for the day with everything you need at hand.

1 hour from Orlando Sanford (Charter flights).
1.5 hours from Orlando International (Virgin, BA etc).
Very easy to find, easy drive.
