Close to Tuscan Hills, there are banks, shops and restaurants located in Berry Town Centre which is along US Highway 27. The new Poisener Center Mall is also nearby. For golf lovers a 5 minute drive will take you to 2 golf courses including the newly completed Champions Gate, designed by Greg Norman and including the Leadbetter School of Golf. There are also an additional 20 courses to be found within a 20 mile radius if this is not enough!

The private pool is not overlooked by other properties and is West facing, allowing you to spend time outside well into the evening. There is a mesh safety fence between the villa and the pool for children's safety.

Coast/Beach
A one hour drive will take you to the Gulf Coast, while the Atlantic coast is a little further with the beaches at Daytona taking around 1.5 hours.

Orlando International Airport is approx 40 minutes.
Sanford is approximately 55 minutes.
Distances
It takes less than 15 minutes to drive to Walt Disney World with its 4 theme parks and a further 10 minutes to Universal Studios with its 2 theme parks and Sea World. Busch Gardens is approx 1 hour away, while Cypress Gardens is approx 45 minutes.

Booking notes
A deposit of £100 or $200 per week is required with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. In addition a £150/$250 refundable security deposit is required.
