4 bedroom townhouse at the beautiful Regal Palms Resort & Spa. Located adjacent to the award winning 18 hole 72 par championship golf course at 'Highlands Reserve' our home has everything to offer families, golfers, young and old alike. There is something for everyone! Our house is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your holiday to the full. Major Disney attractions are within easy reach, same applies to Universal Studios & Seaworld to name but a few. This property is ideal for large families or 2 smaller families. Kitchen: Open plan fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, cooker with hob, oven & grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, full cooking utensils, place settings for 8 including glassware.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble drier, iron, ironing board, hoover.
Living Rooms: Open plan living room with 32" flat screen TV, DVD player two sofas, dining area seating 6, two seatings at breakfast bar, coffee table, table lamps. Double doors opening out to lanai patio area and exterior seating provided.

The property will be fully cleaned prior to arrival. All linen and towels will be provided and may be cleaned by guests as required. Pool towels are available poolside.

Notes on accommodation
High chair, cot and stroller are located in property for guests use. Fully airconditioned and centrally heated throughout with ceiling fans and potable fans in all rooms. Each bedroom is equipped with cable TV and DVD player. There is a small selection of Dvd's in property for guests use.
The whole resort is child friendly making it an excellent choice for families with adventure playground on site and fully secure pool area allowing access for keyholders only. The games room is popular with the older children.

Accessibility
Elderly and disabled guests (with limited access)are suited to the property as there is full access to the ground level of the property, including full bathroom (bedroom 4), kitchen, living area and outdoor patio/lanai area.
The whole resort is accessible to disabled and elderly guests (with limited access).

Outside
Off road parking at front of property for 2 cards, patio/lanai area at rear, established gardens throughout the resort.

Coast/Beach
Both coasts and beaches are within easy reach by car, St Petes beach (Gulf Coast) approx. 90 minutes and Daytona beach (Atlantic Coast) approx. 60 minutes. There are many, many beaches whichever coast line you decide upon.

Golf
18 hole, 72 par championship golf course adjacent to resort. Non members welcome. Golf buggies are available at the courses. You can organise golf club hire at time of booking or when you require them when at the property.

Travel
Orlando Int'l is 30 minutes and Sanford airport 1 hour drive away from property. Car hire is highly recommended. There is a large shopping and entertainment complex and petrol station within walking distance of property.

Distances
Disney is approx 15 minutes
Seaworld & Universal is approx 20 minutes
I-drive is approx 20 minutes

Large shopping and entertainment complex within walking distance of property including Publix Supermarket, liquor store, Applebees family restaurant, Sundays English pub, Linksters bar, pizza, chinese, indian, banks, beauty parlour and much, much more. Booking notes
Please send an e-mail enquiry with required dates and we will respond with availability dates. A £250 non-refundable deposit will be required on booking. Booking number and directions will be provided upon receipt of full payment. Payment in full must be received 6 weeks prior to start of rental period. The main guest booker must be 21+ years old.
