Changeover day
We have no specific changeover day. Minimum 7 nights rental. Arrival is 4pm and departure is 10am. If a later departure or earlier entry is required then please contact us to see if this is possible.

Notes on accommodation
The home is air conditioned through every room! We have 2 separate controls as well for a more comfortable experience with a control panel for the upstairs of our home as well as downstairs. The home can be fully heated also. We also have a monitored alarm system in our home that is also linked up to smoke alarms. Your safety is important to us. We also offer free local and national calls. Free wi-fi and printer. Free use of the clubhouse and its amenities which include volleyball, concierge, cyber cafe, pool and spa, fitness suite, kids play area and more!

Coast/Beach
Watersong offers the best of all worlds being located less than 10 minutes drive from Interstate 4, making the gorgeous white sandy beaches just over an hours drive. Watersong happens to be right in the middle of Florida so if you go east on the 528, it will take you to Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island and the Kennedy Space Center. If you go west on I4 you will end up at Clearwater Beach (50 mins), Cocoa Beach (70 mins).
Golf
Do you enjoy a round or 2 of golf? Then M&M villa could not be better placed. We are right on the doorstep to some of Orlandos best courses! We have the fantastic course of Providence right next door to the awe inspiring courses designed by Greg Norman and Jack Nicklaus only minutes away at Reunion and Champions Gate. Central Florida, and in particular the Orlando area, has an excellent choice of golf courses open to the public. Renting our vacation villa at Watersong will give you access to more than 60 golf courses, all within a short drive. In fact the choice of golf courses in the area is probably only beaten by the amazing variety of family entertainment that Orlando has to offer the holiday maker.
The best golf course within 10 minutes drive from Watersong is the world famous Reunion Golf course at Champion’s Gate, where the Ladies PGA tournament is held every March/April.
Not only will you discover great golf courses but you will find the very best instructors!

Both Orlando International and Sanford airport’s are within easy access to our home. Orlando can be reached in around 50 mins and Sanford can be reach in 30 mins.

If you are into classic American machines then old town Kissimmee has it all. Thursday night is bike night, Friday and Saturday night is classic car night, great show.
Public access to Lake Tahoe is just a few miles down the road, offering world class bass fishing.
Less than 5 minutes from the villa there is a petrol station with convenience store and fast food outlet who also offer a delivery service. At Champions Gate which is just 10 minutes away you will find a Publix supermarket, bank, restaurants and fast food outlets. Within less than a 15 minutes drive you have the choice of either traveling South to Haines City where you will find a very large Walmart where you can buy just about anything or head North to Kissimmee to find a large assortment of shops, banks, hairdressers and a Publix supermarket offering very good local prices.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of $500 USD is due within 7 days of your initial reservation being accepted along with a completed booking form. On receipt of your deposit transferred to our bank account we will send out a confirmation of booking. Payment of the balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. On receipt of your parties' final and total payment, the arrival details will be forwarded to you. A valid credit/debit card is required for warranty purporses.

Simply 'The Best'! This villa is one of the many beautiful houses you will see in this resort. But....a bit different! Once you enter this home you’ll forget you’re abroad and will feel at home immediately. The owners have furnished and decorated it as though it was for their own personal use.
