There's a large resort clubhouse with restaurant and bar facilities, heated community pool with a "lazy river", fully equipped gym, sauna, sundry shop and much, much more... Our house was finished in September 2008 and comes with master bedroom with en suite, TV and DVD. Queen room downstairs with en suite, TV and lock out facility 2 twin rooms . Lounge and dining area with flatscreen TV, cable channels hi-fi DVD breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen. Small patio areas with furniture over looking pastures to rear. Close to Disney, Universal, main malls, 5 mins to Champions Gate golf centre, facilities on site include restaurants Publix supermarket, banks and medical centre.

Notes on accommodation
Finished September 2008 our house has been individually furnished to a high standard, we have ample guide books etc for guests to look at, cots, highchairs barbecues etc can all be rented locally from our personal management company
there is also a small resort charge of $10 per day, this gives your party unlimited access to the resort facilities, pools, gym etc, this is payable at reception.

Located at the resort area you will find, Publix supermarket, medical centre, restaurants, takeaways, banks, petrol station, liquor store, hairdressers, ups store. Old town Kissimmee approx 20 minutes away.

Situated close to highway 27, US192 and I4, everywhere is easily reachable, whether it be Cape Canavaral, Daytona International Speedway, golf courses, or the main attractions of Disney and Universal, you'll never be bored in Florida, far too much to do, lots of shopping malls, large Walmart within 5 minutes, Gatorland, Old Town Kissimmee with car shows and motorcycle meets, Cypress Gardens and Busch Gardens theme parks, Sea World, medieval times, airboat rides, horse riding, waterparks, fireworks at Disney nightly, wide world of sports, Downtown Disney, endless restaurants, the list goes on forever.
