Beautifully furnished 4 bedroom town home on the excellent 5*Regal Palms Resort. The house features a large living/dining area with flat screen TV, DVD player and CD player, and wi-fi internet. Both master bedrooms have full en-suite facilities, one king sized upstairs with balcony LCD television and DVD player, the other queen sized with LCD television and DVD player, both have large walk- in wardrobes. The house has a fully fitted kitchen and laundry room. The resort boasts a range of facilities including a large lagoon swimming pool with lazy river, slide,and jacuzzi. The clubhouse facilities include bar and restaurant, spa and gymnasium with beauty salon, games room and internet cafe with wi-fi.

Changeover day
Check-in from 2pm on day of arrival and check out by 11am on day of departure, although this can be flexible.

Notes on accommodation
Highchairs are available for a small fee paid locally. The house is fully air-conditioned with room ceiling fans. Sorry no pets. There is a small daily fee of $10 per house, charged by regal palms resort payable at reception. This fee is for unlimited use of the facilities by all members of your party.

Regal Palms is situated opposite the prestigious 18 hole Highlands Reserve golf course, where all golfing equipment is available for hire.
Travel
Regal Palms is 35 miles from Orlando International airport and 60 miles from Sanford Orlando airport. There is a complimentary shuttle service to Disney's Theme Parks. Busch Gardens is 60 miles away.
Distances
Berry town centre with a publix supermarket, restaurants, takeaways, shops, bank and bars are 2 minutes away. All the amenities of the US192 are minutes away. All of Orlando's attractions such as Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios are close by.

Together with your completed booking form, a non refundable deposit of £100 / $200 per week is due to secure your dates. About the owner
My name is Steve, my wife Nadine and I bought out property in October 2008 partly as an investment and as a holiday home as we have always loved Florida. We have 2 children aged 7 and 12 so this is an ideal location to go on holiday as there is so much to do. I work as a sales rep and my wife is a teaching assistant, I spend a lot of my spare time running a kids under 14s football team that my son plays for and have done this for the last 6 years which has enabled me to become a qualified coach.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We have loved Florida for years, after going there 4 years ago with the kids we decided to use our savings to buy a place, the resort was recommended to us because the facilities are excellent and it is very close to the many attractions this part of the world has to offer.
Unique benefits of the property
The freedom of being able to come and go as you please. The property is ideally situated close to all the attractions, and on the days that you just want to relax the pool and sun terraces are excellent. Everything in the house was new in November 2008 so there should be no problem with anything.
