Booking notes
We wanted to keep our rates competitive and straight forward. We therefore have two rates, Rate A and Rate B. Rate A is UK School Holidays and Rate B is all other times. We require a £200 deposit at confirmation of booking, Full payment is due 10 weeks before departure. Your deposit is kept and only returned to you after your holiday and once the Management Company have confirmed that the property and contents are in good order. This £200 deposit is also a non-refundable deposit.
